Inside the Guillon Family home, a contemporary house situated on the island of Nantes, the central focus is the partition "Landscape" made from recycled cardboard tubes. The material was chosen for the softness of its texture and the concept of sustainable development. In this project, the cardboard tubes are either arranged vertically or placed on top of each other. The design allows the natural daylight or evening lighting penetrates through the grid and projects on the ceiling, which creates a play of shade and light. The Vertical composition of the tubes results in a landscape that leaves the impression of the soothing rays of the sun beaming from behind the silhouette of a mountain. Realization : 2013
